We are seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to lead and oversee our parts operations in Lisbon, WI. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, achieving sales targets, controlling costs, supporting internal departments, and leading a tenured team. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive parts sales and achieve or exceed budget goals
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory through regular cycle counts and audits
• Implement effective merchandising to increase impulse sales
• Support the Service, Sales, and Rental departments with timely parts fulfillment
• Manage all incoming/outgoing orders, including work order integration and returns
• Monitor inventory stocking levels, turn rates, fill rates, and obsolescence to ensure cost control
• Audit inventory monthly and manage variances
• Hire, train, and support department staff, ensuring exceptional customer experience, proper coverage to support operation hours, and ongoing employee development and training
• Conduct performance reviews, manage scheduling, and handle disciplinary actions
• Coordinate machine check-in/out and get-ready processes for rentals
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or sales related degree preferred
• 5+ years of prior management experience in a related field strongly preferred
• 5+ years of equipment industry parts sales experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365; experience with business systems is a plus
• Valid driver’s license; ability to operate a forklift
• Physically able to lift to 50 lbs. and work in various weather conditions
PAY
Salary Range: $75k – $90k
