CORPORATE LIFECYCLE SERVICE DIRECTOR – LISBON

DUTIES

The Corporate Lifecycle Service Director is responsible for leading service operations across multiple branch locations, driving customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and profitable growth. This role provides strategic leadership for service teams, develops lifecycle service initiatives, and collaborates with internal stakeholders and factory partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and grow the company’s service business through strong customer relationships, lifecycle service initiatives, and service sales growth.
  • Drive operational consistency and continuous improvement across all branch service departments.
  • Establish service goals, monitor key performance indicators, and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support key customer relationships and collaborate with branch teams to resolve escalated service concerns.
  • Oversee warranty programs, telematics offerings, and connected equipment services.
  • Manage service financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and profitability.
  • Lead, develop, and support Branch Service Managers through coaching, performance management, and team development.
  • Ensure service teams receive ongoing technical training and maintain required certifications.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and manufacturer requirements.
  • Partner with Sales, Parts, Finance, HR, and Marketing to improve the customer experience and support company growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with factory partners and vendors to support service operations and business objectives.
  • Travel regularly to branch locations to reinforce standards, support teams, and drive performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in service operations within equipment, industrial, construction, agricultural, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-location service teams.
  • Strong financial, operational, and business management skills, including P&L responsibility.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Working knowledge of equipment service operations, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency with business systems, CRM, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

  • Full-time
